Then, tighten the tightening screw in the adjusting nut and fix the adjusting nut. Note that the top of the tightening screw must be placed in the shaft slot. When the electric gate valve is installed in a place with a large water pressure difference (or pressure difference), the torque limit mechanism should be adjusted to the appropriate opening and closing torque. If the outlet water gate valve installed in the water pump room is installed, after the start of the water pump, the outlet water pressure is greater when the gate valve is not opened. At this time, the larger the 121 diameter of the outlet gate valve is, the greater the torque used to open the gate valve is. The electric gate valve used in the water pump room must be adjusted to the fully open and fully closed position, otherwise it is easy to damage the sealing cover of the gate valve and cause water leakage. Because the electric gate valve installed in this place is close to the water outlet of the pump, the water flow rate is high and unstable. 2. "open and close" position adjustment of electric gate valve
Adjust the opening and closing of the electric gate valve. According to the adjustment requirements of each manufacturer, the valve should be closed manually to the "all closed" or "all open" position. If it takes more time to manually close and open large-caliber gate valves as required, it will be difficult. A new adjustment method is introduced: if you know the stem tooth distance of the valve, it is easy to adjust the electric gate valve. The valve diameter produced in China is dn400-dn600, and the valve stem tooth distance is generally 8ram. The tooth spacing of valve stem of DN600 and above is generally 10ram. If possible, ask the manufacturer of gate valves for stem pitch. When adjusting the valve actuator, if you know the position of the gate valve in advance, and if you know that the gate valve is in the fully closed position, adjust the "fully closed" position first. First, manually turn the gate valve in the open direction, such as half or one turn on the stem.
Then send the power to press the "on" button. Check the steering. If the steering of the stem is consistent with that of the stem when the valve is manually opened after pressing the open valve button, it indicates that the phase sequence of the motor is consistent with the direction of the valve's electrical controller. At this point, the stroke control mechanism of the gate valve can be adjusted to the full closed position. After the full closed position is adjusted, the full open position of the gate valve can be adjusted. At this point, when opening the gate valve, count the number of the number of turns on the stem of the gate valve to know whether the "full open" position. If it is an electric gate valve of DN500, its stem tooth distance is 8ram, and the stem turns once to open 8ram.
